1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the website Rickard Transit Studio (the "Site") and purchasing goods, you, the "Customer," agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Formation of Contract
2.1. The presentation of goods on the Site constitutes an invitation to treat. Your order is an offer to purchase.
2.2. A legally binding contract ("Contract") between you and Rickard Transit Studio is formed only when we issue a written Order Confirmation via email.

3. Price and Payment
We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express. Payment claims may be assigned to our payment processing partner.

4. Delivery and Risk
4.1. We will endeavor to meet estimated delivery times but do not accept liability for delays outside our reasonable control. Time is not of the essence for delivery.
4.2. Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Warranties and Returns
5.1. Your statutory right of withdrawal is 30 days from receipt of goods, as detailed in our Withdrawal Policy.
5.2. This agreement does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the products and in all content displayed on the Site(including text, graphics, logos, images, and layout) are owned by Rickard Transit

Studio or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total price of the goods purchased.

8. General
8.1. Assignment: www.rickardtransitstudio.com may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under this agreement.
8.2. Severability: If any provision is deemed invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
8.3. Waiver: Failure to enforce a right does not constitute a waiver of that right.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey,

United States, without giving effect to any conflict of law principles. The courts located in New Jersey shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any such disputes or

claims, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide you with additional rights.
